Out-of-Stock Products
Robby's does not accept back orders. In the event a product is out of stock due to incorrect inventory, hardware or software failure such items will be refunded from your invoice. We make every effort possible to keep product in stock at all times and only sell items we have on hand in our warehouse. Please contact us if you need an item that is out of stock and we will be glad to give you an estimation when it will be available and/or put you on a mailing list for notification.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- We ship fast and with reasonable pricing. Most orders are processed within 24 hours with many sooner. We ship Monday - Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Our chosen carriers are the USPS (First Class and Priority Mail) and UPS and each is available during checkout.
Standard Shipping and Free Standard Shipping - We use the carrier of our choice (USPS First Class / Priority Mail or UPS Ground / SurePost) to fill your order. If you desire a particular shipping service other options are available during checkout. Only available Continental US only.
In the unfortunate event an item is lost or damaged during transit please contact us so the proper claims can be made with the carrier. Once shipment has left our store we are not responsible for carrier mistakes or delays. Orders over $250.00 are shipped with signature confirmation and must be signed for upon delivery.
International Shipping - Buyer is responsible for any and all custom duties/fees. In no way will the product be represented other than purchased merchandise, We do not know the customs/duty rates for your country. International shipping takes time and in some extreme cases First Class International can take up to a month or longer to get to its destination. We are not responsible for transit times. It is highly suggested that USPS Express International be used for faster transit times and fully trackable packages. Some items may not be eligible for import so please know your local laws.
