NOTE: You must register on the site prior to placing an order to get points for the first order you place. If you register during your first order points are not awarded on that order.
Points are earned each purchase at one (1) point per dollar spent (shipping value not included) to registered customers only. Points carry no cash value. Cash refund or payout not allowed. Points can be redeemed for gift certificates to be used on shoprobbys.com only and not available in retail store locations. Points do not expire. Orders placed before 04/13/2012 rewards point start date are not eligible for rewards points program. Points will be deducted at one (1) point per dollar for returned items.
