Store Policies

Shipping:  We ship fast and with reasonable pricing.  Most orders are processed within 24 hours with many sooner.  We ship Monday - Saturday with the exception of federal holidays.   We ship with the USPS and UPS and each is available during checkout.  In the unfortunate event an item is lost or damaged during transit please contact us so the proper claims can be made with the carrier.  Once shipment has left our store we are not responsible for carrier mistakes or delays.  Orders over $250.00 are shipped with signature confirmation and must be signed for upon delivery.

Order Cancellation or Modification:  Any order placed that requires modification or cancellation must be done within one (1) hour of order placement.

Returns Policy: If you are not happy with your order items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted.  Return postage is buyers responsibility.  Items shipped postage due will be refused and returned.  Items must be returned in new un-used condition.  Please contact us to obtain an RA# before returning any item.

Defective Merchandise: In the event an item is received defective it will be promptly replaced or refunded.  Claims on defective merchandise must me made within 14 days of receipt of order.

Incorrect Shipping Address:  In the event your order is returned to us for incorrect shipping address we will attempt to contact you with the info provided during checkout.  If you wish to have the order re-shipped to the correct address you are responsible for secondary shipment charges.  If you can not be reached due to incomplete contact info we will process a refund on your order less original shipping and handling charges.

Warranty:  If available warranties are provided by the manufacturer.  If you need assistance in a warranty issue we will be glad to assist just give us a call.

International Orders: are not accepted

APO / FPO:  we gladly ship to our servicemen / women.  It is suggested that you select USPS priority mail or USPS express mail for this service due to the much longer transit time for first class packages to your destination.
